Keep us updated on that Mustang that is really interesting! Seriously it doesn't make sense I want to see if it is legit and how I can make my car get 100 mpg.

Not my favourite episode... sorry guys!!! And I hate the visoin of a Ferrari Hybrid!

Hybrid drive Ferrari? Hey, why not. If Audi could introduce diesel in their cars, why not Ferrari get in on the act with gas saving tech?

Hmm, a Mustang getting over 100mpg? I don't think so. If someone did find a way for a 400hp vehicle that gets that great mileage...he'd have more money that Trump!

And please!! Do you have something to replace the Mazda 2 spy shots? I'd like that to be fresh, at least 2 times a week. Put something new up there already. Thanks! Its not exclusive anymore.

Good show by all. Also, please more Ji Young Min. I loved her newscaster approach, so sexy...in a geeky way :)

Well I am glad that Ferrari is moving into the realm of eco-friendly tec, but from what I understand about K.E.R.S is that it won't really make much difference. I can understand the uses in a F1 car they spend a lot of time braking, but a street legal car I don't know

i think the mustang is eathir getting lots of electric batteries or putting water after the gas cumbustion to creat steam wicth then powers the engine a bit more but im not sure it works...

Over 100mpg's from a V8 and making 400hp, you will never hear about that guy or his car again!
  • VeeDubb wrote on July 7, 5:57 pm:
a '87 mustang that gets over 100MPG, get the F%#k out of here, no way that is true!..and yes the Exelero is gorgeous but NO car is worth 8 million $, you have to be kidding me, that is just absolutely ridiculous amount of money, there are starving and homeless people all over the place and people are making 8 million dollar cars?!?!?...messed up...

oh and glad to see Derek D's back, please NEVER have that Ji Young chick host again!

Good to see Ferrari looking at gas mileage.

That 110mpg 400hp moose sounds way too good to be true, but that would kick ass if it was. Major power and great gas mileage is the dream as gas prices keep rising to dot com levels.

    Vapor ware. 400hp? 110mpg? Not a chance.

Exelero is sick. i've wondered for a while y it was just a concept. i hope Leno buys it, he's just about the only guy that can afford something like that and would still drive it. lol.

    on the mustang note...
i think he might have been able to convert it to run on some kind of biofuel, like switchgrass or something like that. from what i remember certain biofuels are far more potent than regular old gasoline. 100 mpg isn't unrealistic but there's no way he got that from just tweaking the electronics.
if not, i did read an article about people (hypermilers?) who regularly get 100+ mpg out of regular cars just by doing all sorts of crazy driving things, like drafting semis and stuff like that. if that's the case, it's nothing special.

    or he's a liar!!!
