I wholeheartedly agree that pick-ups are a waste of tarmac for daily (non-work related) use. Hell, even for work use a large van (such as the Sprinter) will do the job better most of the time (and save gas, and protect whatever you're hauling from the weather elements.

New Scirocco frond end styling looks sweet. I dont think VW would scrap the heritage/lineage thy have in the GTI brand...but a Scirocco R32 would be pretty sweet; hopefully it materializes.
